L & G Signature Catering was founded by Maria de Lourdes Vázquez and Gustavo González, a husband-and-wife team with a shared passion for food, service, and creating meaningful experiences.
Gustavo is a professional chef with over 18 years of experience in the culinary industry, currently leading high-volume kitchen operations serving up to 500 people daily in San Jose.
Maria leads the administrative and operational side of the business, bringing strong expertise in logistics, organization, and customer care through coordinating dozens of events daily.
Together, they built L & G Signature Catering to offer something more personal, more flexible, and more authentic.
